一、基本情况

相怀成,男,山东沂水人,工学博士/博士后,副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事电子信息功能材料、固态电解质与固态电池、高熵陶瓷等领域的研究。主持/参与多项省级/国家级项目,授权国家发明专利7件。近年来,在Applied Materials Today, ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering, Journal of Materials Science & TechnologyJournal of the European Ceramics Society等国际学术期刊上正式发表论文60余篇

三、主要研究项目

1AVO4型微波介质材料的介电常数与谐振频率温度系数影响机制研究,广西自然科学基金(青年项目),2023–2026年,主持。

2、阳离子的rattling效应对石榴石微波介电性能的影响机制,广西光电材料与器件重点实验室开放基金,2022–2024年,主持。

3Li基橄榄石微波介质陶瓷的低温可控制备及其晶格振动光谱与介电损耗关系研究,深圳市自然科学基金基础研究(面上项目)2020–2023年,主持。

4、高性能微波介质陶瓷的低温制备与应用,英国正版365官方网站科研启动项目,2021–2024年,主持。
