I had a few hours remaining for my time in Munich, so I decided to go see Nymphenburg – one of the palaces that the former rulers of Bavaria owned and lived in. To get the full experience, I decided to start at the farthest point and work my way in.
This structure sits at the end of a long, long (and did I mention long) water way that leads to Nymphenburg. Think of it as a nice private canal. If you squint, you can see the palace off in the distance in the above picture. Here’s a better one:
Nymphenburg is really far down the waterway.
But it would be so well worth it.
