When the world seems to be falling apart at the seems, sometimes it helps to think of a place.
For me, one of those places is Thingvellir. The irony is Iceland is a land that is constantly changing and often in chaos due to land shifts, volcanos, weather, etc.
Yet through it all, it survives and thrives and people keep coming. There is beauty and peace and calm too.
It’s a point at which we can stand at the look out, see what has been and where we are going. Where we prepare ourselves for the upcoming chaos and storms.
